Nepal Sewa Laghubitta (NSEWA) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 12 proposed to distribute 2.625 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 2.5 percent stock and 0.125 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
