The meeting is supposed to endorse a proposal of distribution 10 percent stock and 0.5263 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will amend issued and paid-up capital in its article of association and policies and delegate authority to BOD to make necessary changes as per directions of regulatory bodies.
In this regard, the company is set to close its book from December 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
