Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) is conducting its 26th AGM on December 15 in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.
The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 16.84 percent dividend including 6 percent stock and10.84 percent cash dividend including tax.
The meeting will also delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process and complete all the official procedure as per regulatory bodies.
Similarly, the meeting will amend its article of association and memorandum of association regarding capital growth.
In this regard, the bank closed its book on November 29, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 28 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Similarly, National Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha (NMFBS)is conducting its 6th AGM on December 15 in Krik Resort, Dhadingbesi, Dhading at 11:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 75 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will approve 50 percent right issue of the paid-up capital maintained after bonus share distribution and delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on December 2, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 1 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Likewise, Nepal |Infrasturcture Bank is conducting its 1st AGM in Hotel Raddisson, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM. The AGM will endorse a proposal of issuing the biggest IPO of the country worth Rs 8 billion.
Moreover, the meeting will increase its paid-up capital to Rs 20 billion, approve appointment of directors and elect directors from promoter shareholders.
