IME General Insurance (IGI) has declared dividend of the last FY. The 85th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 13 decided to propose 6 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute bonus share worth Rs 61.2 million and cash dividend worth Rs 3.2 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
