The 144th board of directors meeting of the company held on December 25 decided to propose 26.32 percent dividend of the paid-up capital maintained after recently issued 100 percent right shares to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 25 percent stock and 1.32 percent cash dividend to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
