Reliance Finance (RLFL) has announced dividend of the last FY. The board of directors meeting of the company held on January 8 decided to propose 6.58 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The company will distribute 64.7 million in cash dividend. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
