Nepal Investment Bank is set to acquire City Express. Both companies signed memorandum of understanding regarding the acquisition.
After the signing of MoU, NEPSE has suspended the trading of City Express as per BAFTA, 2076 subtitle 6(1).
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
