The stock exchange will distribute 40 percent cash dividend worth Rs 200 million among its shareholders Nepal Government, Nepal Rastra Bank, Rastriya Banijya Bank, Employee Provident Fund, Laxmi Bank, Prabhu Bank and others.
The AGM also endorsed a financial report of the last FY. However, the meeting failed to amend its article of association and policies due to lack of co-ordination with Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
