Infinity Laghubitta Raises Net Profit by 158%

Infinity Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (ILBS) has increased its net profit by 158.16 percent to Rs 33.4 million in the second quarter of the current FY compared to the corresponding period of the last FY.

Increase in net interest income and operating income is attributed to an increase in net profit of the company during the period. In the review period, the company earned net interest income of Rs 78.1, a growth of 99.97 percent compared to the review period of the last FY. Similarly, the operating profit of the company increased by 160.78 percent to Rs 53.1 million compared to the last FY.

The company with Rs 228.1 million in paid-up capital has reserve fund of Rs 67.8 million. During the period, the company collected deposit of Rs 610.6 million, borrowed Rs 1.15 billion and extended loan of Rs 1.81 billion.

During the review period, the company maintained non-performing loan of 1.36 percent, EPS of Rs 29.34, P/E ratio of 19.15 times and net worth per share of Rs 129.75.
