Lumbini General Insurance (LGIL) has announced a dividend of the last FY. The 202nd board of directors meeting of the company held on January 26 decided to propose 10.2375 percent dividend.
The company will distribute9.75 percent stock and 0.4875 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from the Insurance Board and its upcoming AGM.
The net profit of development banks has declined less compared to commercial banks and finance companies in the third quarter.
