This is the third time the bank is auctioning the shares. Previously, the bank auctioned the shares from February 17 to 25 for the first time and from to March 2-12 for the second time.
The bank is auctioning 39,100 units of promoter shares of Surya Life Insurance under its ownership to all interested parties.
The bank is auctioning the shares of the insurance company at a minimum price of Rs 250.
The interested bidders can bid for the shares a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares divisible by 10.
The bidders can bid from NIC Asia Capital and branches of NIC Asia Bank at Thapathali, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Surkhet and Kamaladi. Both auctions will close on March 12.
