The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6 percent stock dividend worth Rs 472.2 million to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book from March 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
