In the allotment, all applicants who had applied below 40 units of primary shares were provided desired number of shares. Out of those applicants who had applied above 50 units of share, 77,245 applicants were provided maximum of 50 units of shares.
According to the issue manager, out of the total of 391,626 applicants 988 applications were cancelled. The shares were allotted to the remaining 390,638 applicants.
Out of the eligible applicants, 27,748 applicants were provided 10 units, 15590 applicants were provided 20 units, 127,723 applicants were provided 30 units and 20,929 were provided 40 units of shares.
Similarly, 313,648 applicants who applied for 50 units were provided 40 units and the remaining shares were allotted to the applicants through lottery under which 77,245 applicants got additional 10 units of shares.
The company issued 16 million units of primary shares worth Rs 1.6 billion from March 17.The company issued 16 percent in primary shares of its total capital of Rs 10 billion. Out of the total offered shares, the company allotted 73,500 units of shares to employees and 800,000 units to mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 15,126,500 units of shares.
