The SGM will endorse a proposal of acquiring Nagbeli Laghubitta. The meeting will also approve a swap ratio as per DDA report.
The meeting will also approve a proposal of issuing right shares of the paid-up capital maintained after acquiring Nagbeli and Sweda Laghubitta. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article of association as per the changes caused by the merger.
The company will close its book from June 24 for the SGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till June 23 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
