The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 12.5 percent stock and cash dividend of Rs 12.3 million to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from July 3, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till July 2 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Presently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 2.79 billion that will reach Rs 2.25 billion after the bonus share distribution.
