Corona Virus has been confirmed positive in nine crew members of Nepal Airlines, including three pilots. The crew members were involved in the chartered flights that the NAC made to bring in stranded Nepalis from different parts of the country.

Seven of them were found positive on Monday with two more today. They were all staying in quarantine in Soaltee hotel after the flights, said NAC spokesperson Archana Khadka. The infected was confirmed in the mandatory test carried out before they were sent home from quarantine.

The prescheduled rescue flights will however continue with extra precaution, the NAC has said.
