NRN Laghubitta, Divya Laghubitta and Kisan Microfinance are set to start joint transaction from July 13.
The joint entity will start the operation in the name of ‘NRN Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha’.
NRN Laghubitta endorsed a proposal of acquiring Kisan Microfinance and Divya Laghubitta on February 28.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has published its third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, the bank’s net profit has declined during the period.
