The company issued 30,00,000 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 300 million to the general public. Out of the offered shares, the company allotted 4 percent i.e. 120,000 units to the employees and 5% i.e. 150,000 units to the mutual funds. The general public could apply for the remaining 2,730,000 units.
According to the issue manager, a total of 484,498 valid applicants have applied for 7,215,490 units of shares. Out of them, 273,000 applicants will be provided 10 units of shares through the lottery. The remaining 211,498 applicants will be left empty-handed.
After the issuance, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1 billion.
