According to Pradip Adhikari, Registrar of Company Registrar Office the guideline has been issued to make its operation fast and efficient.
The office has already developed a software system for online services. Amid the lockdown, the office developed an integrated database system which will published in real-time data. The office has already started issuing a recently prepared data base for internal purposes that can show the overall conditions of Nepalese companies. “The integrated statistics system has been developed so that a click can give all the information regarding an individual as well as industrial information,” said Adhikari.
After the service starts, service seekers won’t have to take rounds of Company Registrar to take its services. “They can do it online, however, submission of signatures, fingerprints, photos, etc. should be done under the supervision of the office, thus, they will have to come once," the official said.
