SEBON Approves IPO of General Insurance

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved initial public offering (IPO) of General Insurance (GIC). The company obtain approval to issue 3 million units of IPO worth Rs 300 million.

Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 700 million. The company is issuing 30 percent primary shares of its issued capital. After the IPO, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1 billion.

The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager.
