The bank is auctioning 39,100 units of promoter shares from September 18-25.
The interested bidders can get the bid form from NIC Asia Capital, Babarmahal along with NIC Asia Bank in Thapathali, Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, Surkhet and Kamaladi.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares divisible by 10.
