NEPSE has provided an opening range of Rs 100-300 to the company for the first transaction. Following the listing, the trading will start from the coming Sunday. NEPSE has assigned ‘LEC’ symbol to the company.
Liberty Energy issued 3,564,930 units of shares to the general public from August 19-23.
The company allotted the IPO on August 31. In the allotment, 94,904 applicants are provided 10 units, 45,048 applicants are provided 20 units, 48,221 applicants are provided 30 units and 25,620 applicants are provided 40 units including 10 additional units through lottery.
