The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 17 decided not to distribute dividend. The meeting has proposed of seeking approval from NRB to conduct AGM of the last FY.
In the previous FY, the company distributed 21.10 percent stock dividend.
In the last FY, the company earned Rs 39.7 million in net profit and has EPS of Rs 15.62 and net worth per share of Rs 137.92.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 254.3 million and reserve fund of Rs 96.4 million.
