The company started auctioning 316,156 units of promoter shares from August 17-24. The period was extended till August 31 due to the prohibitory period. However, as the prohibitory order was still in place, the company postponed the auction.
The bank again auctioned the shares from September 15.
The interested bidders can bid for the shares till September 20. The auction will be opened on September 21 at 10:30 AM.
