NEPSE has assigned ‘SNLB’ code to the company which will be the official code of the company for the secondary market.
NEPSE had suspended the trading of Naya Nepal Laghubitta after it signed a merger agreement with Sarathi Nepal. Sarathi Laghubitta was not listed in NEPSE.
Given that Sarathi Laghubitta was not listed in NEPSE, the last trading price will be the opening price for the first transaction after the resumption of trading. The last trading price of the company was Rs 834 per unit.
Similarly, NEPSE also listed 2,356,821 units of shares of Sarathi Laghubitta following the merger with Naya Nepal Laghubitta at a ratio of 1:1.
