The bank has now proposed of distributing 8 percent stock and 3 percent cash dividend. Previously the bank proposed of distributing 11 percent dividend to its shareholders.
The bank proposed to distribute 3.30 percent cash dividend worth Rs 299.9 million and 7.70 percent bonus share worth Rs 699.9 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
