The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article of association as per the change in its capital.
In this regard, the company will close its book on November 23, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 22 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
