Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has approved initial public offering of Chandragiri Hills on November 13.
The company will issue 1,840,910 units of primary shares worth Rs 184 million to the general public.
The company has appointed Global IME Bank as its issue manager.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) has published its third quarter report of the current FY. As per the report, the bank’s net profit has declined during the period.
