The bank first sold 110,000 promoter shares on January 11, 2019 by issuing 35 days notice. However, none of the shares were sold after which it auctioned the shares on June 25, 2019 where only 22,700 units were auctioned. The bank again auctioned 87,300 units on September 6, 2019 where only 400 units of shares.
The bank is now auctioning 86,900 units of promoter shares of the company.
The interested investors, firms and corporate institutions can bid for the shares at a minimum price of Rs 300. The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 and maximum of all shares under NRB limit.
The bidders can bid from Sunrise Capital at Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and Birtamod, Jhapa, Biratnagar, Birgunj Parsa, Bharatpur Chitwan and Nepalgunj Banke of Prime Commercial Bank.
