The company will issue 30 percent i.e. 6.6 million units of primary shares worth Rs 660 million to the general public.
The existing Rs 1.54 billion in paid-up capital will increase to Rs 2.20 billion after the IPO.
The company has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager.
