The company is closing its book from December 20 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 17 (last trading day before book close ) are eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company has called out its AGM on January 6 in its registered office in Heritage Plaza through a virtual medium.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5.263 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
