The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 18 proposed of distributing 13 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
Currently, the bank has a paid-up capital of Rs 3.01 billion that will reach Rs 3.40 billion after the bonus share distribution.
