Nepal SBI Bank Calls Out AGM

Nepal SBI Bank (SBI) has called out 27th AGM on January 12 in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM.

The meeting will endorse a  proposal of distributing 6 percent stock and 3.47 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Along with it, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend the article of association and memorandum of understanding.

In this regard, the bank is closing its book on December 30, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.

The meeting can be attended through a virtual medium as well.
