The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and cash dividend worth Rs 16.2 million for the previous FY to its shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 15, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
