The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 3.5 percent stock and 0.184 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend its article of association and memorandum of association, approve elected directors from promoter shareholders and elect a director from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company will close its book from March 4,thus, the shareholders registered in its book till March 3 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company has a paid-up capital of Rs 233.9 million that will reach Rs 242.1 million after the bonus share distribution.
