The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to transfer, close or sale its branch office located in Province 3 and make Province no 1 as its taskarea. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD forward merger/acquisition and elect one director from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the company is closing its book from March 19 thus the shareholders registered in its book till March 18 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
