The company is closing its book on April 4 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till April 1 (the last trading day before book close) will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 10th and 11th AGM in the conference hall of Hotel Task International on April 20 at 8:00 AM.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock dividend to its shareholders. Similarly, the meeting will approve a proposal of maintaining promoter and ordinary shareholder ratio at 54.52:45.48 and delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition procedure with suitable partners.
Currently, the company has a paid-up capital of Rs 252.3 million that will reach Rs 277.5 million after the bonus share distribution.
