Samata Laghubitta headquartered at Jitpur Simara Sub-Municipality ward no 2, Simra Bara District and Gharelu Laghubitta headquartered at Banepa Municipality ward no 2, Banepa, Kavrepalanchwok are starting the joint transaction in the name of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha.
The AGM of both companies held on December 29 endorsed a proposal of merger/acquisition. The joint entity will headquartered in Banepa Municipality Ward no 8, Kavrepalanchowk.
The company is shutting down all operation on April 13 for data migration.
