Global IME Laghubitta acquired Sparsh Laghubitta (SPARS) following which the joint entity will start the transaction in the name of Global IME Laghubitta.
The respective AGMs of both institutions approved the acquisition proposal on January 13. The joint entity will headquarter in Vijaypur, Ward no 26, Pokhara Municipality, Kaski District of Gandaki Province.
The institutions will close their operation on April 20 for data migration purpose.
