The hydropower company is planning to issue 15 million units of primary shares worth Rs 1.50 billion.
Out of the total shares, the company will issue 10 percent of its paid-up capital i.e. 6 million units to locals of the affected area of Sindhupalchowk and 15 percent i.e. 9 million units to the general public.
The company has made an agreement with Citizen Investment Trust for the underwriting of the issue.
Previously, the company issued 14.4 million units to depositors of Provident Employee Fund, Promoter Companies and lender companies. The issue was allotted on December 19, 2018.
The company is developing 102MW Mid-Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company in Sindhupalchowk District.
The company has appointed Global IME Capital as its issue manager.
