The company is closing its book from May 6 for its upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till May 5 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 10th AGM on May 13 in Hotel New Era, Butwal at 11:00 AM.The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 49.40 percent stock and 2.60 percent cash dividend for tax purpose.
The meeting will also amend its article of association as per the changes taken place in paid-up capital due to distributing of stock dividend. Similarly, the company has proposed of increasing its authorized capital to Rs 500 million from existing 150 million.
Moreover, the meeting will delegate its authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition process and upgrade the company to national level.
