The company issued 1,977,300 units of primary shares worth Rs 197.7 million in IPO from June 25-29. Out of the offered units, the company secured 30,420 units for employees and 98,865 units for mutual funds. The remaining 1,848,015 units of shares have been allotted to the general public.
In the issue, a total of 2,087,317 applicants applied for 31,299,340 units of shares. Out of which 3,471 applications were canceled while 65,538 applications were canceled by ASBA.
As the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment was carried out through Securities Issuance and Allotment Guideline under which a total of 184,801 applicants were provided 10 units of shares. Moreover, 5 out of them were provided an additional one unit through lottery making 11 units for them.
