The company has called out SGM on August 11 in its registered office at Sinamangal, Kathmandu at 4:00 PM.
The meeting will approve an agenda of calling applications from the public and locals of the affected area for the IPO and amend its article of association to accommodate the increased paid-up capital after acquiring Excelling Investment and Nepal Gorkhas Resources.
