The board approved an IPO proposal worth Rs 405 million of Nyadi Hydropower. Nyadi will issue the primary shares to the locals of the affected area and the general public. The company has appointed Global IME Capital as its issue manager and Citizens Investment Trust as an underwriter.
Similarly, the board gave Sajaaj Urja approval to issue 10.5 million units of primary shares worth Rs 1.05 billion. Out of the total shares, it will issue primary shares worth Rs 350 million to locals and worth Rs 700 million to mutual funds, employees and the general public.
The company has appointed NIBL Ace Capital as its issue manager and Citizens Investment Trust as an underwriter.
Likewise, Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower obtains SEBON approval to issue an IPO worth Rs 120 million. It will issue the primary shares to locals of the affected area and the general public. The company has appointed Civil Capital as its issue manager.
