The company is issuing 736,286 units of primary shares worth Rs 73.6 million at a face value of Rs 100 to the general public from July 29.
Out of the total offered shares, the company has allocated 2 percent i.e. 14,726 units for employees and 5 percent i.e. 36,814 units to mutual funds. The general public can apply for the remaining 684,746 units.
The interested investors can apply for a minimum of 10 and maximum of 100,000 units of shares.
Care Rating Nepal has assigned D rating to the issue which is considered to be in default or are expected to be in default soon.
