The 299th board of directors meeting of the company held on the morning of September 2 decided to propose 20 percent stock and 1.053 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and its upcoming AGM.
The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 1.38 billion after the bonus share distribution.
