NEPSE Adjusts Stock Price of Sanima Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted the stock price of Sanima Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank following their book close for the upcoming AGM.

NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Sanima Bank at Rs 417.78 after adjusting 17 percent stock dividend. The last traded price of the stock was Rs 488.80.

Meanwhile, NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Machhapuchchhre  Bank at Rs 322.07 after adjusting 13.30 percent stock dividend. The last traded price of the stock was Rs 364.90.

Sanima Bank (SANIMA) is conducting 17th AGM on October 31 in Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The meeting can be attended through a virtual medium as well.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 17 percent stock and 0.89 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.

Similarly, Machhapuchhre Bank (MBL) is conducting 23rd AGM on November 12 in Hotel Pokhara Grand, Pardi Pokhara at 11:00 AM through a video conference.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 13.30 percent stock and 0.70 percent cash dividend for tax proposes. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and appoint directors in the vacant seats for remaining tenure.
