Last Day To Secure Dividend Of Two Listed Companies

Today is the last day to secure dividend of two listed companies including Nepal Infrastructure Bank and Mero Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha.

The companies are closing their books on November 25 for their upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in their books till November 24 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) is conducting its 3rd AGM on December 8 in Anupam Foodland and Banquet Battisputali, Kathmandu at 9 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 0.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will elect two directors from ordinary shareholders.

Similarly, Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MERO) is conducting its 9th AGM on December 10 in Hotel Water Tower, Bidur, Nuwakot at 11:30 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing  20 percent stock and 1.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
