NEPSE Adjusts Stock Price of 2 Companies

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has adjusted stock price of two companies including Nepal Infrastructure Bank and Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha following their book close for upcoming AGM.

The local bourse adjusted the stock price of Nepal Infrastructure Bank at Rs 331.48 after adjusting 8 percent stock dividend. The last traded price of the bank was Rs 358 on November 24.

Similarly, NEPSE adjusted the stock price of Mero Microfinance at Rs 1,200 after adjusting 20 percent stock dividend. The last traded price of the bank was Rs 1,440 on November 24.

Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) is conducting its 3rd AGM on December 8 in Anupam Foodland and Banquet Battisputali, Kathmandu at 9 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 8 percent stock and 0.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will elect two directors from ordinary shareholders.

Similarly, Mero Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MERO) is conducting its 9th AGM on December 10 in Hotel Water Tower, Bidur, Nuwakot at 11:30 AM.

The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing  20 percent stock and 1.05 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners.
