The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5.26 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Apart from that, the meeting will amend its article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor for the current FY.
In this regard, the company is set to close its book on December 12, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 11 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain he announced dividend.
